Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

No complicated process. No long wait times.

What Qualifies for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

– Unused and in their original condition

– In original packaging with all tags attached

– Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

– Used grooming tools (hygiene reasons)

– Custom or personalized items

– Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

– Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@pawnest.com with:

1. Your order number

2. The item you wish to return

3. The reason for your return

We will respond within 24 hours with your return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly by us.

In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

– Refunds are approved within 2 business days

– Refund issued to your original payment method

– Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval

– You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued

Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 3-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@pawnest.com within 7 days of delivery with:

– Your order number

– A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
